Originally posted by **hakerdefo** November 26, 2021 Recently gave a spin to GeckoLinux XFCE and I was really impressed. Kudos to the developer :+1: I have a a few suggestions that in my view will be good additions to the future release. - Replace Pluma text-editor with Mousepad. Not because Mousepad is a part of the XFCE project but because it has more features builtin than Pluma. Mousepad has some nifty case conversation abilities plus it can conver between tabs and spaces plus it has also got the ability to increase/decrease indentation. A few lovely color schemes also come builtin and there is a spell checking plugin too. - Replace Clementine audio player with Strawberry music player. Clementine's developement has been abandoned and Strawberry player is its activelevly developed fork. It's there in the Tumbleweed official repo plus the Strawberry music player project has rpm package available for openSUSE. Link to the page, https://www.strawberrymusicplayer.org/ - Change the look. It looks a bit dated to be honest. My highly subjective recommendation would be Materia theme and Papirus icons. Both of these are available in the official openSUSE repos. Links, https://github.com/nana-4/materia-theme https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme Keep up the good work! Looking forward to the upcoming release!
