In the org.gecko.codec we should only need the org.gecko.codec.jackson package. Start deprecating other code there and, if not required from the jackson package, remove it. Create an own branch for that.

In the org.gecko.codec project, I removed all code which was not used in the org.gecko.codec.jackson sub-packages. Consequently to this, I removed the corresponding tests. I also removed the org.gecko.codec.emf, since it was not used.
