Fix analysis readme and script names
Remove unneeded rsofun dependency from the vignettes.

This is only a cosmetic PR.

@stineb This is just some cleanup that we did with Fabian when looking at the coupling between FDK and rsofun. Feel free to reject the PR and close if you don't want to change FDK.
