Create processing workflow using FluxnetLSM #19

Create functions of basic scripts.

fdk_process_lsm() wraps the routine to process LSM data (uses site list as input, with paths specified)
fkd_correct_era() to correct the meteorological data (from plumber2)
fdk_correct_flux() to correct flux data (from plumber2)
fdk_balance_energy() energy balance closure routine (from plumber2)

Check the requirement of LAI data to be present to for ERA and flux processing

Convert back to FLUXNET formatting
Merge into rsofun forcing using ingestr
Ammend data with MODIS FluxnetEO data
