Add explanation what variables can be queried #132

Data from DAAC ORNL is queried, but there is no explanation for what variables can be queried.

Either: Add an explanation for what variables can be queried. Or: Add a hint that "queriable" variables correspond to the variables in the dataset. (But to get access to the documentation, students would require to create an account which is a friction point...)

Maybe this is too big an ask for the students, on the other hand this is often not much more than what you would get in a formal publication (if at all).

I'll point to these sources in the solutions though, but it isn't "unfindable" from the get go.
