Add To Bower #23

Please add CSSStyle to bower. This would be very useful for obvious reasons, but would also allow CSSStyle to be added to Sassmeister which is a great way to get people playing with it quickly.

[Edit] Looks like there is already a PR adding a bower.json.

You can already use csstyle with bower, is in the registry. Bower will warn about the missing bower.json and the #10 PR adds that file..

In the bower.json added the property "main" is missing. Please fill him. (https://github.com/paulmillr/read-components)
