What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://meta20.net/phpquery-api/ in your browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the API, but I get a 404 error instead.

I checked from a few proxies as well and it seems to be down everywhere I can 
try.

In fact it's not 404. The whole domain could not be resolved.
