Investigate porting ipa to .net core, or mono #4

Might be tricky, but would avoid winetricks dotnet, should mean mods can be installed without installing a bunch of packages beforehand that may/not work

Looked into it, will be difficult. If anyone wants to try it feel free, happy to help but would recommend helping out on QBeat instead ;)
