Fixed and updated Wine version check logic. #56

I was an idiot and did the logic wrong. It luckily worked coincidentally... I have changed the logic to use GNU bc, which should have been used in the first place. Also, I have updated it to recognise that the bug has been fixed in Wine versions since 5.18.
