Can this be released on PyPI so people can install it easier?

Specifically, I'm going to release a library that I'd like to depend on this, and without magent being on PyPI that can't really be done

We forked this to a new version that we're maintaining: https://github.com/PettingZoo-Team/MAgent

It includes a bunch of fixes and is available on PyPI.
