-Fixed side border on root node by only applying guidelines to children of child nodes

Added style sheet link to tree-component.vue (importing stylesheet separately is no longer needed)

Hi I guess this PR hasn't been pushed to the master branch because of merge conflict. Will this ever be resolved? Thank you for your efforts

I fixed the conflict, but I think the changes from this merge were actually included in another pull: https://github.com/geekhybrid/vue3-tree-vue/pull/21
