userhomepage_public netiquette link #47

When I first installed the plugin, I tested the permissions and everything seemed fine, (nicely done!). Then I noticed the link wasn't working correctly:

was taking me to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etiquette_in_technology So I changed the link to:

And it now takes me to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etiquette_in_technology
