Create levels for loging. #27

The debuging information is too detailed on most CASES.
What we get now is a VERBOSE level, when we get everything what is being logged.
In DEBUG level SOAP messages should be excluded as they make log unreadable.
Average user should use NORMAL mode, when only uploaded files and errors are 
beeing logged.
Debug level should be configurable.
