Ability to clear log from WebGUI #28

We always append the log file. The file is incrementing very rapidly. When log 
file is being loaded to the web it generates a very big load and soon enough it 
will kill the Web frontend.
We need the ability to clear (delete) log files from webGUI.

There is another issue registered to minify the logging level.
