Qpkg deletes the configuration when upgraded #29

All my settings were beeing reset

This is only true if .conf file was updated after your last config change. 
Config file versioning is controlled by QPKG install routines. There must be a 
message in QNAP system log that your config was backed up upon reinstallation 
of a package. Just update your config with correct values and try to uninstall 
once more time from the same package - it should preserve your current config.
