Update an existing batch #13

Users will need to have an account and be logged in. Users will need to click the “edit batch” link to edit an existing batch. The user will be able to edit the following:

 1. User can edit type of batch 
 2. User can edit description

I actually finished this one. Users can see their batches and update the type and description.
