While working on wine batches, users need to be able to update the sulfite or SO2 calculation.
There are several different SO2 calculations. I think we likely want two things.
1) Take and record an SO2 measurement.
2) Calculate what must be done to reach a desired SO2. Basically how much sulfite to add to reach the desired level.
