Add a measurement #63

Use case #20. The user will navigate to the recorded batch and then choose add a measurement. The user can add measurements such as SG and acidity. The system will record the measurement with a time stamp.

Use case #21 is to "update a batch with new measurements" and #22 is to "view trends of measurements of times, but we do not have a use case to initially enter a measurement.

Duplicate of issue #22. I added this as Use Case #20
