No way to mark batch as "Done" #84

We should have some way to mark a batch as done so that it no longer appears in the active batches. Maybe we should have a concept of "active batches" and "completed batches".

This way when a batch is cellared, it can automatically be moved to completed?

This will probably be moved to the backlog, I'm not sure we have time to finish it.
