Hey @iaditichine, which image processing technique will you be using here? Also, please read the contributing guidelines, only the OpenCV library is allowed.

Hello, I'm Raj Gupta and I want to work on this issue using the Deep learning model of OpenCV i.e East text detector. I have done this project earlier using Tesseract but we can't use it this time. Kindly handle this issue to me. i have also made PR's in face-recognization and edge detection.

@geekquad I'll be using Opencv library only for solving this issue and not Pytesseract. Please assign this issue to me.

@geekquad I am a GSSOC participant. I can work on this issue using Pytesseract and Open Cv . I can also update the README file with proper description on Pytesseract and how it can be used with Open CV
