A basic different geometric transformation to images like translation, rotation. Assigning it to you @Bhavik-Ardeshna.

Hey, I am a GSSOC 21 participant would love to work on this issue and resize the image using cv2 inbuilt methods and we can ask user to enter dimensions or aspect ratio accordingly the program can resize it. Then the program will save the file in the user defined directory with user defined name.

As there is no update since 15 days, so can I work on this ?? @kritikaparmar-programmer @geekquad
