Gray level slicing with Background #272

Image enhancement in the spatial domain. Kindly, assign me this issue.

Assigning you with the same. Please make a folder named GreyLevelSlicing. Cut the folder name GrayLevelSlicingWithoutBackground and paste them inside.

The directory should look like this:

Image-Processing-OpenCV

GreyLevelSlicing

GrayLevelSlicingWithBackground GrayLevelSlicingWithoutBackground
