Update microPython to 1.17. #46

Tests OK so far on my 2021 SwagBadge.

I've confirmed sending (oled:text 0 50 Hello World) via MQTT still works under 1.17.

Also tests ok on mine, I ran the main swagbadge app and the buttons and sliders example
