User story

As an organiser, I want to be able to email all partners in my sites and tags, in order that I can update people with what's going on

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Partners can be bulk emailed based on tag or neighbourhood by organisers
[ ] There is a log of emails sent

Implementation notes & questions

Assume we will collate this our end and send with Mailersend? How does that scale?

Do we have consent from partners to contact them in this way?

It's complicated and we are working on some legal docs with PHT.

A lot of this is in a legal grey area of "everyone does this right now without asking worse and more exclusively by email, so what we do would be an improvement as you have control over it". But this does mean we absorb some GDPR responsibility obviously.
