Get locations from squarespace and meetup events, general review of location methods for importers

Description

I was writing the squarespace importer and I could see lat/long values in the JSON but I wasn't sure how they matched up to locations in placecal. At the moment you need to add a default location when setting up the calendar in the admin UI.

Motivation

Importers are at the core of placecal so the more useful this is the better placeCal is.

Doesn't technically block transdim i don't think but I'm nervous leaving this unresolved while we're actively working on it and forgetting about it.

issue is that squarespace doesnt have a postcode field - ugh

I think having events be positioned at lat/long in a ward and still map onto a site will be a bit of a DreamYard.

• Do we do a lookup on location and resolve to nearest partner (in their ward boundary)?
• Do we allow "bare" events to skip partners?
