Did you verify that it's been done for users, sites & articles? I think it was originally sharded off so that we could do it on Partners initially but not the rest of the work. It's a bit confusing potentially because #2336, #2335 and #2334 were closed in lieu of this one being opened, but there is no PR attached to this one.

Ohhh I understand, OK, I was trusting that if they were closed that meant they were done. I actually prefer them being separate tickets than all together?

Sure. It's also unclear whether he actually did it as part of #2333 so maybe we open this and check it out in a verification sweep (at some point)
