Given our next funding bid is unclear and we don't have a pricing model yet - maybe the easiest thing to do would be to have a donations page for one off or monthly subs to support the project.
If we did this we could just completely decouple the connection between users of the tech and people paying for it. I have no idea how successful this would be but maybe wouldn't hurt to try? It's prob GFSC's current clearest pitch, at least. Even if we got to a small amount per month would give us a much better answer about platform sustainability.
