Epic: Allow online and hybrid events with video call & streaming information

PlaceCal should detect online events.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] If the event location field is a URL and matches a known video or streaming service, PlaceCal recognises the event as an online event
• [ ] The event is labelled as an "online event" (with a new boolean is_online field?)
• [ ] Events which are not online are labelled as "offline events" (with above bool, as in if it's an address or non-matching URL it assumes it's offline. we can tweak this later)
• [ ] The event shows contextual information about the online event based on the streaming service (loaded from a partial?)
• [ ] If possible, the event is embedded on the event page
• [ ] Essential services to support: Zoom, YouTube, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams
• [ ] Make a ticket for other services that come to mind after the above is done: Twitch, Whereby, ..., ...

We could either create integration for these or use something like Peer Calls to do it in the site?

MVP: simply add links to the various services people can add alongside their social media

MVP+1: look into embedding options

Additional context we put it in the bid as a covid pivot but for now all it really needs is some fields for the various services i think. or maybe just "this group provides support via XYZ video calls"?

I've updated the acceptance criteria to just be linked to events for now. We can worry about partner info later I think.

Deduction methods

• Calendar import strategy
• Description
• Location
• Dedicated metadata from more complex event sources
  • Does Google Calendar have a way to know about Meet links?
  • Does Eventbrite have a specific online event tag?

Scenarios

1. An event on Eventbrite that says “Online Event” in the right sidebar
2. An event on Google Calendar that has a Zoom link in the “Location” bar
3. An event on Outlook that has a properly formatted address, as well as a Google Meet link in the description

4. An event that is online, but the link is not shared
