redundant links to PDF, only include once #316

Acceptance criteria

[ ] I can only see one link to download the trans dimension zine on this blog post https://gfsc.studio/blog/2022/trans-dimension-accessibility-guide/

Why is this a problem? I think it's good to have it at the top to let people see it quickly, and again at the bottom so they don't have to scroll up?

I think the legacy reason for this tho is that originally it linked to the page with all the text laid out in plain html but that got lost in the website migration

I think just because the text in between the links is so short that both links appear on the screen at the same time, making them redundant. There's also another CTA in between so it's all quite a lot competing for attention.

I guess I don't mind changing if it people want but this just feels very in the weeds for me as an accessibility concern?
