Longquote environment #406

longer quotes feel very typograpgically awkward to me - this is to be read as prose not pullquote

would be nice if we had an option to have it just body size and with a proper author attribution

Not sure on how this could work with templating / shortcodes, but in html there are semantic differences between <q> for quotes and <blockquote> for quotes that should be highlighted like pullquotes and featured information.

sounds like a good idea to split up long quotes and pull quotes.

Contrast is poor on the orange / yellow so this might be a good opportunity to rethink this.
