User need

Ability to filter by Online event important for people who may have transport issues or be far away - Noted as part of #85

Design notes

When an event address is not provided it should say something
Online hangouts are showing as physical addresses not links etc

Acceptance TBC

Last note of the day: Realms (when we return to them) should have a BetweenDimensions type (for dual online-offline events, which are more common than they used to be).

Name suggestions: Portal, WoodBetweenTheWorlds, HyperspaceGate, HowlsMovingCastle, TranswarpConduit, Stargate etc etc etc

@jasminechatfield I think this is related to the calendar stuff Ivan is working on so we are not going to worry about this for the moment. I'm happy if you want to leave the commented out code in or remove it in oe commit and link that commit to this ticket.

:heart: your name riffing. The boring answer I think is that they are called blended or hybrid events.

Hybrid is kinda sci-fi I reckon! Let's leave it commented out, I'm no good at removing stuff and knowing how to get it back 😅
