[Bug]: ability to skip to main content

Description

no ability for screen readers to skip to main content (bypassing nav) on homepage

Acceptance criteria

• [x] a hidden link is the first focusable item on the home page
• [x] it takes the user to the top of the timeline
• [x] it becomes visible if focused
