List empty rooms at end of timeslot on small #129

There have been complaints that the current approach for listing "Empty" slots on the small version doesn't work.

Some people have suggested removing them altogether. Another suggestion has been to replace "Empty" with "Room X and Timeslot x is empty". I propose that we adopt a suggestion from Leeky (https://github.com/leeky) which is a combination of the two:

"Maybe listing rooms that have stuff going on first, with a "Cemetery Lane and Lake Placid are empty. Add a talk?" above or below?"

I believe information about which slots are empty is as relevant in this view as it is in the others and therefore that Leeky's proposal would allow us to reduce the clutter yet retain the information, with more specificity.

If we don't explicitly provide this information, we would be forcing users of this version to work it out for themselves when they need to know, which might not be easy to do when you don't have visibility of an entire timeslot at-a-glance.

I like Leeky's idea, although I think it could be simplified to "2 rooms still free, add a talk?".
