Apply single-day view to schedule talk grid view #44

Mostly complete. Implemented single view per day while scheduling talk with day scroller. However, date is being passed as a query string rather than a component of the URL.

Opened separate ticket for query string bug as the view is functional and this bug is appearing in more than one view: https://github.com/geeksoflondon/grid4rails/issues/69
