launch distance (vertical) #22

When the launch distance (vertical ) is left blank the message appears: <unable parse " as integer> when you start logging. Fill in a distance for example 0 , and Gaggle starts logging.

Fixed by converting blank entry to 0. Also added code for immediate launch when 0.
