Improve exception reporting to the user #37

If an invalid url is entered for the Leonardo server, then Gaggle attempts to connect until the socket times out ( about 400 seconds ) then pops an empty CompletionToast. Better messaging should be returned to help the user know what they can do to fix the issue.
