leonardo live tracking stop and resume with HTC desire/desire Z #38

Looks like there are issues with leonardo live tracking on HTC desire/desire Z with stock rom (andoid 2.2)

Looks like some points are not uploaded during the flight (maybe when network connection is lost) and the track ends having large parts missing.

This may be related to gaggle not correctly re-uploading points when connection is resumed.

I' m trying to dig deeper in this issue, feel free to comment this issue by adding useful informations (does this happen on other phones ?) As anyone tried on a HTC phone with different ROM ?

Another user with same problem :

I am using a completely stock Htc Desire, no rooting or other hacks. (...) but now I'm sometimes, but not always, missing a lot of packages. Have been using 5 sec logging interval if that matters.

FYI I'm still using my HTC desire Z but switched to cyanogenmod 7 (android 2.3) to replace the stock ROM and the problem went away.

So it might not be considered solved, but at least this workaround works
