CM 12.1 instalation problem #40

Hello. I have an issue with installing this rom on D295 phone. Here is the TWRPRecovery screen picture http://imgur.com/a/DpnSs. Can you suggest something about it ?

The zip file you are using is corrupted. I suggest re-downloading the file and trying again.
