Added NuGet info to repository #30

SteamBot users have been having issues using SteamAuth as a submodule, so I created a NuGet package for it here. This PR updates this repo with the NuGet information, as well as some tiny cleanup.

@geel9 @Jessecar96 If you'd like access to publish new versions, please let me know your nuget.org usernames. Publishing a new version is super-easy - just build it, open the .nuspec file in NuGet Package Explorer, edit the metadata, and hit "Publish".
