Highlight drops #2

When doing rumours I sometimes have a full inventory whenever I receive the item. I was thinking of adding a highlight on the drop when it's on the ground and whenever you get it in the inventory.

Just makes it a little bit more obvious that you received the item.

Yup, this was the next thing I was going to do -- feel free to shoot a PR in for it if you want, but I'll get to it otherwise
