[WIP] Live reload support #39

Hey @douglasduteil I had to roll back your version to get this working in live reload, and I can't quite figure out why. So this is not for merging, just for the diff.

Also the import stuff is really important for bundling but I can't remember why :sob:

Hum... where did you base yourself ? on the v0.1.6 (https://github.com/geelen/jspm-loader-css/compare/v0.1.6...481e6fa85dac109d183178677b7806d93295fec8) ?

I actually don't remember it was right before my talk in Berlin and so I was just trying anything to get my slides working again.
