Compatibility with jspm 0.16 #28

The project seems to be broken with the new version of jspm and systemjs.

The first big thing I spotted is an issue with path that I almost fixed in #27

I'm still experiencing issues with jsx file and I need help with that :/

@geelen or @kevrom any insight ?

25 seems to try to fix the same issue but with no jsx support afaik.

guess we are good now that #27 is merged.
