Superfluous examples/boilerplates files #3

All of the boilerplates in examples/boilerplates technically don't need to be there, and all of the defaults are always generated from config.yml.

Commit 8b2f383 removes examples/boilerplates and makes sure tests/doctests don't rely on its existence.
