Noctua quiet fan upgrade #7

I've been thinking about doing a Noctua fan upgrade on the hot end (at least) using a buck converter and two 40x20mm fans, to make a more serene printing experience. This video looks like one of the most comprehensive on the process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ird74jGCH6k

I don't think I'll do this upgrade on the 3 V2.
