Renewal issues #138

This PR sits on top of #80 and tries to address other issues mentioned there and the cron/systemd-timer conflict of nowadays deplyoments.

unfortunately i can't see where the CI failure is stemming from. when running molecule test locally, i get ERROR! the role 'geerlingguy.certbot' was not found in ….
