Ignore error of "Enable classic snap support" #153

On some installations origin folder does not exist and target folder already exists

This does a lot more than just ignore errors it's also moving around tasks and handlers. Also you shouldn't just ignore errors, you should figure out why there are errors and address them. If you are running into an error on a Debian based system the issue is properly addressed in the PR #152

This is not needed the issue is resolved by PR #152 which was just merged
