Fixing snapd setup on RHEL #155

Solving the following issues when running this role on RHEL (RedHat Enterprise Linux):

When trying to install snapd

No match for argument: snapd
Error: Unable to find a match: snapd

snapd.socket service is enabled but not started automatically.
