I only see creating the facts and nothing else, is this still incomplete @geerlingguy ?

the php_enablerepo will be used by the geerlingguy.php role to enable remi repos permanently, add:

name: "Enable {{ php_enablerepo }} repos" shell: "yum-config-manager --enable {{ php_enablerepo }}"
