Forge the repository URL using ansible_distribution|lower variable #25

It breaks the debian installation of varnish. 5 it's a good first step to have this working under debian, maybe you could add some travis tests for debian ?)

Note that the two possible values for debian/ubuntu are actually symlinks/the same thing on Varnish's servers—compare: http://repo.varnish-cache.org/debian/dists/ and http://repo.varnish-cache.org/ubuntu/dists/

I do still like the correctness of having the right repo URL though :)
