FreeBSD support #38

This PR implements support for FreeBSD >= 9.2, although I've only tested against 10.3. It includes the sysrc module from https://github.com/dlundgren/ansible-freebsd-modules. Embedding it seemed to be the best way to get the functionality, but I'm open to suggestions.

I've now run this on FreeBSD 11 too. Any chance of getting it merged?
